The buyer, that it is a breeder or a private individual, is subjected at the end of this alliance which he makes a commitment to respect in its totality.
The 1st come is not necessarily the 1st served because the well-being, care and love which the kitten will receive in his new family will ALWAYS take it on a "placement at all costs".
R-Evan's kittens are available at 3 months (12 weeks).
This period is essential for kitten's socialisation which learns enormously within his community.
He can also leave the cattery later.
For example, a kitten reserved for a foreign country requiring about quarantine, the kitten spends this period to R-Evan's cattery or still, a kitten reserved "show quality" to follow at best his evolution.
R-Evan’s Cattery reserves the right to refuse a sale, to cancel a booking without any justification, in the only profit of the well-being of the kitten/cat.
During the booking, a deposit of 1/3 of the price of the kitten/cat will be asked and 1 "Order form" established and signed by 2 parts will seal this agreement.
Deposits are non refundable.
On the other hand, the breeder makes a commitment to pay off the deposit paid for the reservation of a kitten/cat in the event of death of the animal if it arrived while the kitten/cat is still in R-Evan's cattery.
The deposit can be kept by the breeder at the request of the future owner in case this last one would settle on another kitten/cat.
The breeder being the best authorized to judge the age where kittens can be photographed, the future buyer can not ask to have pictures of the kitten during the period going of approximately 2 months 1/2 and 5 months.
Any animal is entitled to the respect, affection and attentive care, R-Evan’s Cattery agrees the right to break a contract in case of non compliance with the vital needs of the animal, without any compensation for the benefit of the carless buyer.
The acquisition of an animal is a serious, measured and cautious act, R-Evan’s Cattery do not guarantee for the mindless and/or adventurous purchases.
